This Friday will mark the first Valentine's Day for the business since it returned home to its long-standing address at 51 Roberts Avenue in August.
The business was forced to temporarily move locations in November 2018 after a fire destroyed the shop.
Horsham Florist is run by co-owners and sisters Rosemary Arnott and Susan McQueen.
Mrs Arnott said the community support since the shop's return home had been "wonderful".
"We've been totally overwhelmed by the huge response of encouragement of us relocating back to our most known location," she said.
"It's wonderful to realise the community spirit that shows up during any devastating time."
Mrs McQueen said Valentine's Day was the shop's busiest day of the year.
"Mother's Day is the biggest week of the year, but that's stretched out over seven days, whereas Valentine's Day is busy all at once," she said.
"We stick to the same arrangements and flowers that are the most popular every year.
"The standard red roses are always our biggest seller; lilies are also very popular. We also do up lots of different gift packs that people can just come in and grab.
"People pretty much come in at the last minute, but we always order our flowers a months in advance for the busy times."

Horsham Florist will have extended hours on Thursday ahead of Valentine's Day and will open at 8am on Friday.
"People can give us a call if they want something delivered or pop in to make an order," Mrs McQueen said.
The iconic Horsham business opened in 1970 by Mabel Blake, later known as Mabel Foreman. She passed the keys down to her three daughters, Mrs Arnott, Mrs McQueen and Heather Harrison, in June 2007.
"Mum started the business from home when we were just children," Mrs McQueen said.
The business was first located at 65 Firebrace Street, and then moved to a shopfront on Roberts Avenue in the building where Coles Supermarket is now.
It was then located on Bradburys Lane before moving into its iconic Roberts Avenue location in the late 1980s.
Horsham Florist will celebrate its 50th anniversary in May.
