The data was not uploaded for the dates December 1 to 5, with only partial data uploaded on some other days.
At the time the Bureau stated the issue was due to telecommunication issues at Hopkins Correctional Centre, where daily observations are recorded and sent to the Bureau.
The Bureau also said the missing data would be uploaded as soon as possible.
However, a month later the data still has not been uploaded.
The Bureau's Victorian state manager Andrew Tupper the delay was due to the same ongoing issues but they would be resolved soon.
"The Bureau of Meteorology's Ararat site is currently experiencing telecommunications issues, which we are working to resolve, causing delays in observations being published to the Bureau webpages," Dr Tupper said.
"Our observers have consistently recorded their weather observations and the missing data will published as soon as possible after undergoing standard quality control analysis."
