Toni Stewart and Tracey Dark will once again lead the Wimmera league club - co-coaching A Grade.
The duo said they agreed to coach again after the enjoyment they gained from the 2019 season.
"The girls really grew in confidence and developed as the season went on," Dark said. "They really understood how much they had improved towards the end of the season. Because of the confidence they had within themselves we wanted to continue that journey with them for another season."
All grades have co-coaching appointments. Jade Cross and Meg Walker will take on the role for B Grade while Kaye Ellis and Michelle Beaton will lead the C Grade team.
"I think having co-coaching roles shares the pressure around," Stewart said.
"It shares the decision making and the coaches have a balance of skills.
"Tracey and I see different things on the court. Sometimes you might just look at something one way and it's good to have that other person there you can bounce ideas off.
"You are either going to both disagree or both think right, we hadn't thought of that."
Dark said by having two coaches for each side increased the confidence between coaches when making decisions.
"If it was just a single person making a decision you might not make it," she said.
"You can share the blame as well as share the highs.
"Coaching is almost a full-time job so to share that load is a bonus. We also have other roles within the club so we find we can still do those roles as well as coaching because you have each other.
"The time factor doesn't become a bug-bear and you have someone to enjoy the role with as well."
Stewart said pre-season at the club had started.
"Players came to us and said they wanted to start training which is a great sign," she said. "We've had some pretty good numbers spread over the two nights due to availability. Majority of players across the grades have indicated they will return in 2020."
