Coached by Catherine Wood, the line-up will play after the men against the ACT Aces at Phillip Oval from 1.30pm.
Corowa's Gabby Sutcliffe and Rosie Lane, Howlong's Ebony Hoskin and Lavington's Olivia Sanson have been selected.
Highly-rated former Border player Lisa Kuschert, who is based at Camden, may also come into the line-up if fit.
"It's a fantastic opportunity," Wood said.
"A lot of our girls have been through the Riverina academy and performed really well.
"It's good to be playing at the same ground as the men as there will be plenty of support."
Griffith's Claire Murray is also in the side.
Sutcliffe was recently selected in the NSW-ACT under 18 side with Hoskin picked as an emergency.
The men take on Wagga Sloggers and ACT Aces on Sunday.
