Both sides put everything on the line in the third quarter, but it was the Bombers that finished on top.
Final scores were 31 to 26.
Bombers coach Georgia Francis said she was extremely impressed with the way her side played.
"Both teams have had a stellar season and there were a lot of unknowns coming into the game because we've only played each other once this year," she said.
"Our girls put the pressure on and they were bloody amazing."
Injuries meant the Bombers were without a goal shooter for the first minute of the second quarter.
"To score a goal with only one goalie was amazing," Francis said.
She said all her girls played fantastic.
"It's been such a rewarding experience to coach them and they have truly earned this win," she said.
Noradjuha-Quantong's Erin Baldwin was named best on court.
