Great Western coach Matt Delzotto said that the side was staying grounded ahead of the match.
"It's been pretty relaxed - we're trying to keep it pretty low key," he said.
"Obviously with having the week off you don't want to start burning the nervous energy too early so we'll look to build it up here.
"It's meant to be a lovely weekend as well so I'm sure we'll start building up from here and plenty of boys are getting pretty excited.
"It's a great time for the club."
Delzotto said the match will ultimately come down to the fundamentals.
"When it all boils down to it you've still got to play a good game of footy on Saturday, so there are a few things to work on from last weekend's game," he said.
"We've been able to get the extra week to iron out those little issues, get the preparation right, make sure everyone's feeling nice and confident in their skills and ability.
"(We're going to) make sure everyone puts their best foot forward on Saturday."

SMW Rovers reserves coach Ben Tait said despite the changes to the team from last years grand final, players were out to make amends for the loss.
"We have about half the team of different players so it is different in sorts but we're been keeping it down to earth which might have been a bit different last year," he said.
"Last year we probably changed too much to prepare for the conditions. It was a rainy day and terrible weather. It probably played on us too much.
"This year we have focused more on where we've come from to get to the grand final."
The Rovers finished fourth on the ladder, a position Tait said probably wasn't a reflection of the ability of the team.
"Our seniors ran into some injuries so we had some players playing up and we let a few games which we could have won or been more competitive slip through," he said.
"It was looking bleak but at the right end of the season, we were starting to get the boys back and were looking good.
"To the boy's credit they've all put in week after weekend I think we're in a great position to have a crack this weekend."

Tait said in the lead up to the weekend's grand final he had done his research on the Lions.
"It's a great story for their club and I love the fact in past years they've been middle to bottom of the ladder and going through the motions," he said.
"I have gone and watch a few of their games and identified where we could breakthrough in some of their weaker areas and also where they could do damage to us.
"We only lost to them by a point early this year and we were having an off day.
"I think we have a team that could really put it to them - we've got the blokes to match them."
The reserves match will kick off at 11.45am at Lake Bolac.
