In the 17-and-under, Kalkee youngster Mia McGrath established an early lead and held on to claim the best and fairest with 28 votes.
In second place was Harrow-Balmoral's Olivia Muldoon, who reeled off several consecutive best on court performances in the second half of the season to finish with 24 votes.
In third was Taylors Lake's Ella Slorach, who polled consistently across the season to finish with 23 votes.
McGrath said it was a nervous finish.
"I got very nervous - I knew my better half was the first half (of the season)," she said.
The young star has stepped-up into the under-17s this season despite still being eligible to play under-15s.
"We had a lot of girls in the younger grades, so a few of us have come up to try it out," McGrath said.
"It's been really good. The competition has been great."
McGrath has also played several senior matches to help her development.
"I've been playing a little bit with the A Grade. It's been really good, with all the older girls mentoring me. They've been a great help," she said.
In 15-and-under, Taylors Lake's Kayla Kelm finished in first place with 32 votes to claim her fourth consecutive league best and fairest.
Kelm helped guide Taylors Lake to the minor premiership this season and often played A Grade games in addition to her juniors.
"Just thanks to my Mum for taking me to the games," Kelm said.
Laharum's Rylee Hateley finished second with 26 votes, and Kalkee's Samantha Gebert was third with 25.
Jeparit-Rainbow's Shekinah Hurlstone won the 13-and-under league best and fairest with 36 votes, two ahead of Pimpino's Janae Slorach.
Coming in third was Natimuk United's Olivia Sudholz with 28 votes.
Hurlstone said she did not expect to take home the award.
"Honestly I did not at all. I didn't think much about it to be honest," she said.
Hurlstone and Slorach's sides finished second and first respectively, and will face off for a place in the grand final in week two of the finals.
Hurlstone was hoping for a close game.
"I'm pretty nervous," Hurlstone said. "I'm just hoping that it's closer than the 12 goals we lost by last time.
"(I'm) definitely happy with how we're going this year."
Slorach said she was really happy with her season so far.
"I'm really proud. I've really enjoyed it," she said.
"Just good luck to everyone in finals."
FOOTBALL WINNERS
There were joint winners in the Horsham District football league's under-17 best and fairest, while a young Taylors Lake star won his second consecutive best and fairest in the under-14s.
After being neck-and-neck all night long, Harrow-Balmoral's Tyler Hateley and Kalkee's Jordan Motton finished the under-17s vote count locked at 24 votes apiece.
The talented young duo shared first place in a fitting finish to a nerve-wracking vote count.
In third was Taylors Lake's Matthew White with 20 votes, and Swifts' Bourke Nicholls finished fourth with 18.
Hateley, who can still play another season in the under-17s, said it was a pleasing reward for effort.
"I'm pretty proud of my achievements this year. I've worked pretty hard for it, so it's good," he said.
"I missed four rounds, so I wasn't really expecting to take out the win, but I'm pretty pleased.
"I want to thank the sponsors, the club, Nan and Pop for taking me to the footy every week, and the coaches."
Motton said he also wasn't expecting to finish so high.
"Start of the night I wasn't expecting it, maybe top five, or not even that," he said.
"Then I thought Tyler was going to roll me. But it was good.
"Thanks to the trainer - he straps my ankle every week. Sometimes I'm a bit late but he does the job. Mum and Dad, the club and the boys."
Both youngsters are now gearing up for finals campaigns. Hateley's Harrow-Balmoral have the week off, while Motton's Kalkee will face Noradjuha-Quantong in an elimination final on Sunday.
The under-14s also came down to a tight finish, with Taylors Lake's Riley Hall finishing on 43 votes and winning just one vote ahead of Swifts' Hamish Smith.
Hall also won the same award in 2018.
The young gun said it had been a great season, with his side finishing second on the ladder.
"It came as a surprise. I thought Hamish might have had me there," Hall said.
"I'm rapt with the year. We finished second, got the week off, and can come in next week with a lot of confidence."
Hall has already shown his maturity, playing seven under-17s games and one senior match this season.
"I like the faster footy at that level, it's a bit more challenging but it's good for me," he said.
"You get home a bit tired, and you're sore the next morning, but it's worth it."
Finishing in third place was Kalkee's William Drummond with 38 votes, while Jye Brown from Pimpinio wasn't far off a podium finish in fourth place with 36 votes.
