An eastern Victorian truck driver has lost his licence after being caught speeding more than 30km/h over the speed limit at Great Western overnight.

The 25-year-old Yarra Junction man was caught driving a b-double at 95 km/h in a 60 km/h zone at Great Western at about 2am on Friday morning.
Police issued the man with an infringement notice, including an $1157 fine as well as the suspension of his licence for three months.
Police say the man was driving his father's company vehicle.
