The program is designed to improve the health and well-being of community members who are struggling to deal with tough times in their lives and support them to get help through service navigation and collaboration with a network of local services.

If you scored some 3s, the road maybe a bit bumpy. You have got a bit more stress than you need.
Reach out to someone - remember, it costs nothing to talk.
If you scored any 4s or 5s, the road is likely to be feeling like an uphill struggle.
Your vehicle is need of a good tune-up to help get it up the hill.
You should talk to your GP or health professional as soon as possible.
