In the ninth year of awarding businesses around the world, the achievement celebrates businesses that are consistently excellent - having earned great traveller reviews on Trip Advisor over the past year.
Certificate of Excellence recipients includes restaurants, accommodation and attractions located all over the world that have continually delivered a quality customer experience.
Owner Chris Anderson said he was excited to be informed of the Certificate of Excellence award.
"This award has been supported by the important people within the business, the customers," he said.
"Credit goes to our staff, which work hard to make sure our customer's needs are addressed in the best way we can."
Trip Advisor's vice president Neela Pal said it was always an exciting time for the company to announce the 2019 recipients.
"For nearly a decade we have celebrated businesses that have consistently received positive ratings from travellers and diners on the world's largest travel platform," she said.
"This recognition allows us to publicly recognise businesses that are actively taking into account feedback to help travellers confidently experience the most highly reviewed places to eat, stay and explore."
To qualify for the award, businesses must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have listed on Trip Advisor for at least 12 months.
