A new round of crime prevention funding has opened, with councils able to apply for up to $250,000 through the Public Safety Infrastructure Fund.
"Public Safety Infrastructure Fund grants are a great example of how the Victorian government and local councils can work together to deliver safer communities," western Victoria MP Jaala Pulford said.
"I'm passionate about improving community safety and wellbeing in Ararat Rural City and Northern Grampians Shire and this funding is another way of reducing crime and making residents feel safe."
