Swifts' Jakob Salmi and Jaxon Healy were named in the team.
Both Samli and Healy form part of the Baggies senior playing group with Salmi named one of the best players in Saturday's win against Kalkee.
Swifts co-coach Scott Carey praised Salmi's efforts during the match.
"Jakob moved into the mid-field for the first time this season from half-back," Carey said. "Around the contested he showed he can bust his way through the pack and come out the other end with the football.
"It's not even a worry for him putting his body on the line - he's one of our younger players and it gives us the confidence in the list and the mix of players we have.
The side will be coached by famed Wimmera footballer Steve Schultz with the assistance of Rodney Hogan.
