Ararat Crime Investigation Unit detectives executed warrants at three addresses on Lowe, Palmer and Moore streets in simultaneous early morning raids on Tuesday.
Detectives found a large amount of cash, white powder believed to be methamphetamine, a bobcat believed to be stolen and a number of electrical power tools believed to be the proceeds of crime at the Lowe Street address.
A 38-year-old Ararat man and a 25-year-old Ararat woman were arrested at the address.
Investigators found cash, two Toyota utilities, a Holden sedan and a Yamaha motorcycle all believed stolen at the Moore Street address.
No property or drugs were located at the Palmer Street address.
The 38-year-old man was charged with trafficking a drug of dependence, trafficking and possession methamphetamine, deal in property suspected of being the proceeds of crime and theft of motor car.
He will appear at Horsham Magistrates' Court on Wednesday.
The 25-year-old woman was arrested in relation to outstanding warrants.More to come.
