The community forum will be held at Stawell Regional Health's education centre from 11am to 2pm.
"We want to understand LGBTIQ experiences including the specific access, health and wellbeing needs of our LGBTIQ community," Stawell Regional Health chief executive Libby Fifis said.
"This conversation will help us to plan services that are more inclusive and responsive to the community.
"Many LGBTI people lead happy satisfying lives, but we know that some in the LGBTI population have poorer health and wellbeing outcomes than other Victorians, particularly in areas such as mental health, suicide, general health, alcohol and other drug use.
"We want to do what we can to ensure that sexual orientation and gender identity are never barriers to appropriate, safe and accessible health care.
"We are really looking forward to having a broad discussion in a safe environment. With the help of participants who attend, we can aim to deliver best practice services to all members of our diverse community."
