With numerous activities available to patrons on the day, it is sure to be one to impress.
Stawell Racing Club operations manager Mark Percival said he could not be happier with the early bookings so far.
“I am lead to believe we have had a record-breaking year with the number of pre-sale tickets and packages. I would say we already have close to 800 people booked to attend,” he said.
“We are confident we will exceed patron numbers this year from last year. The whole committee has been working hard behind the scenes to get everything ready.”
Mr Percival said it was going to be a fantastic day, with fun for the whole family.
“There will be loads of action and a stack of free family fun and entertainment, including a photo booth, free kids activities including a water slide, and also some great live music,” he said.
Patrons will be able to catch a courtesy bus running from the Gift Hotel to the racecourse at 11.30am to 12.30pm.
“Our aim is for everyone to have an enjoyable and stress-free day,” Mr Percival said.
Gates open at 11am and the action on the track will be from 1.10pm.
“Our track is in excellent condition. It’s a credit to the workers,” Mr Percival said.
Crowd favourite fashions on the field will also form part of the day. “We have some fantastic prizes and are very thankful for the support,” Mr Percival said.
