The team will depart from Stawell on Saturday, November 24 and begin its campaign at Bright.
Riding will commence on Sunday with a 66km cruise to Beechworth.
Kody Cosson, Tyran Greene, William Hackwill, Casey Knight, Nadia Martin, Charlotte Reciszen, Ryan Kell, Zac Jenkinson, Murray Hart and Sue Macaffer form the team who will endure the seven-day event.
Cyclists will travel more than 450 kilometres throughout north-east Victoria.
The ride begins at Beechworth and ends on Sunday, December 2 at Benalla.
Towns visited include Milawa, Tallangatta, Rutherglen, Yarrawonga and Glenrowan.
Stawell Secondary College William Hackwill said he is looking forward to attending the ride for the second year.
“It’s great to spend time with friends, also making new friends and seeing the countryside from a different perspective,” he said.
The year 11 student has been one of the main drivers of fundraising and seeking sponsorship for the team to purchase hooded jumpers.
Hackwill said the team have had guernseys before but never “hoodies”.
“We had a really good response from the school community and Stawell residents who really got behind us and supported the fundraising,” he said.
“Without the sponsorship, we wouldn’t have been able to purchase the jumpers so thanks go out to them.”
