Grampians won the toss and chose to send Gisborne in to bat to try their luck on the turf wicket of Central Park.
Aaron Byron and Cooper Reading opened the bowling for the Grampians and were able to get two early wickets.
Gisborne made 5-298 in 50 overs.
Bailey Hosemans and Jaxon Edwards opened the batting for the Grampians but were unable to have an impact on the board.
Aaron Byron top scored with 49.
The Grampians were bowled out after 47.2 overs for a total of 152.
