Two boys and one girls WB NGA teams are competing at this year’s competition in Gippsland, with all three teams winning their respective games.
The division one boys side took on Geelong Falcons at 2pm in Traralgon in the first game for the Western Victoria academy team.
They had no issues beating the Falcons, winning 11.12 (78) to 7.2 (44).
Horsham’s Ben Hobbs and Horsham Saints’ Sam Breuer were named as the best two on ground.
The division two team faced the Falcons’ second side following the first game, winning 13.16 (94) to 4.2 (26).
Ararat’s Jeziah Woods was among the best players for the Bulldogs.
The girls side also played on Tuesday, taking on Bendigo Pioneers at Moe.
Stawell’s Crystal Summers kicked two goals to help the Bulldogs to a 6.1 (37) to 3.3 (21) win.
All three Bulldogs teams will take on Goulburn-Murray sides on Thursday to conclude the 2018 V/Line Cup.
