Meech rode four winners from six races, finishing second in the other two runs.
She started the day with a win on Encanto in race one before riding One More Try to victory in race two.
After a close second place finish on Red Devil in race three, Meech went on to record her third win of the day on Grand Crown in race four.
Meech had to wait until the eighth race before recording her fourth win of the day, with Salty Kisses winning by a length.
Going for her fifth win of the day, Meech fell short by a nose to finish second on Fabulonh.
Meech has been in inspired form in recent months, dominating at both country and metro meets to cement her spot atop the Victorian jockey premiership standings.
Meech has leads all Victorian jockeys in the 2017-18 season despite serving a 23-meet ban in February.
Meech will ride in four races at Flemington on Saturday May 19.
