The Warriors defeated Murtoa 11.17 (83) to 10.9 (69) to claim the South Wimmera Football League premiership.
The Stawell Warriors Football Netball Club will host a reunion on Saturday August 18 at Central Park during their clash against Minyip-Murtoa.
Premiership player Graeme Anyon said he hopes to see some old faces.
“The club has been kind enough to put on a luncheon so it is sure to be a great day,” he said.
“Unfortunately 10 players have died since then but we still have about eight of the guys living in Stawell.
“It would be great to see as many people from those days as possible.”
Players, trainers and anyone involved with the premiership winning side can contact Graeme Anyon on 0408 501 247 for more information.
