Darcy Bibby, Josh Fowkes and Aaron Slorach were selected in the senior football team to take on the best players in the West Gippsland Football League at Garfield Oval on Saturday.
Both Slorach and Fowkes played interleague football for the Maryborough Castlemaine league last season.
“It is good for the boys and the club to have their strong start to the season recognised,” Navarre coach Kyle Hendy said.
“They have all been pretty consistent so far and played important roles in our team. I wish them all the best for Saturday.”
The side will be coached by Clayton Scoble.
Reigning premiers Carisbrook dominated the team selection, with five players named. No Navarre players were named in the under-18 or under-16 MCDFL teams.
First bounce of the senior match will be at 2.30pm.
