Police received a number of reports of thefts across Horsham last week.
Police identified a woman in her 30s on Thursday and arrested her on Friday in relation to the thefts.
The woman was remanded in custody and is due to appear in Stawell Magistrates Court on Monday.
Horsham police are urging residents who had possessions stolen from vehicles in the past few weeks to come forward with information.
Meanwhile, Horsham Highway Patrol officers intercepted a stolen vehicle at Pink Lake near Dimboola on Sunday.
The vehicle had been stolen from Adelaide.
Four South Australian residents were questioned and charged.
They were released and will appear in court at a later date.
