This was true for one Horsham woman at the weekend, when she went looking in the back of her couch to find her new kitten.

The little furball had taken to curling up inside the couch in his first few days at his new home.

The woman snuck behind the couch on Saturday afternoon to find the cat, to show him to some guests.

However she got a huge fright when she discovered a massive huntsman spider had also taken up residence in the couch.

Hopefully in time the cat will learn to scare off these sorts of creepy crawlies.
