
Fire brigades respond to Glenorchy shed fire
An old Glenorchy shed will be “smouldering for a while” after it became ablaze on Monday afternoon about 2.30pm.
Country Fire Authority District 16 operations manager Bernie Fradd said the old timber and iron shearing shed was well alight when the district’s fire brigades arrived at the scene.
There were no injuries.
Stawell, Callawadda, Marnoo, Dadswells Bridge and Wallaloo CFA fire brigades responded to the incident.
The cause of the fire is unknown and under investigation.
