The Grasshoppers were able to fight back after trailing at half-time to win 35-32.
Navarre shot 12 goals to seven in the third term, which ultimately proved to be the deciding quarter.
Navarre coach Nicole Harding said her side was able to run out the game better than the opposition.
“We have really worked on our fitness,” she said.
“We focus on really riding the opposition and running them down so we can get on top at the end of games.
“We are very excited to be moving into the grand final.”
Harriett Slorach scored 26 goals for Navarre in the win.
“Harriett is a lot smaller than some of the other girls, but she drove hard to the ball and shot accurately all day.
“Everyone played their role on Saturday.
“It took everyone giving 100 per cent to beat Natte.”
Navarre will play Lexton in the B Grade grand final at Princes Park, Maryborough on Saturday.
Lexton and Navarre met twice during the season, sharing the honours with one win each.
