The Warriors stormed home in the final term to advance to the preliminary finals, winning 10.9 (69) to 6.6 (42).
The teams could not be separated for much of the game, with Stawell giving up a seven-point half-time lead to go in to the final term with scores level at 42 points each.
Stawell booted four goals and kept Horsham scoreless in the fourth quarter to set up a preliminary final match against the Horsham Saints.
Bailey Taylor was crucial for Stawell claiming the victory, kicking four goals in a best on ground performance.
Paul Summers and Cooper Reading were also among Stawell’s best players.
The winner of the Stawell and Horsham Saints game will play Ararat in the grand final. The Saints were demolished by the Rats at the weekend, going down by 159 points.
The Warriors and Saints met just two weeks ago, with the Saints coming away with the win.
