The Ararat Rats will host Stawell in the final game of the season on Saturday.
With both teams out of contention for finals action, it will be the final chance for the two squads to pick up a win this year.
The Rats have had an up and down year and will go into the match as favourites against the Warriors who have tried hard all year but failed to pick up a victory so far in 2017.
Rats coach Lauren Armstrong said the team is looking to put in a strong performance to finish the season.
“We will have a full squad to pick from and we will be hoping to finish the year with a win,” she said.
“Even though it is a last game, we are fairly disappointed we did not make finals, so that will motivate the players this week I think.
“So we will be looking for a strong performance and will be looking to go into the match with a squad wanting a big victory.”
The match is set for a 2.15pm at Alexandra Oval.
