Navarre will face Natte Bealiba after an untimely week off.
The Grasshoppers’ A Grade team have been in outstanding form recently and coach Taylor Mason said they would have liked to continue their momentum rather than have a break.
”I personally don’t think it was a good time to have a rest, we have just started putting everything together and playing some really good netball so I am hoping the week off hasn't reset that,” she said.
Navarre have won their last four games, including an impressive win over Avoca before the break.
They are set to be tested this weekend when they face the second-placed Swans.
“Natte are always extremely strong so every time we come up against them we know it will be a tough match,” Mason said.
Mason said she is happy with the progress her side has made since the start of the season.
“We are just taking it week by week and trying to improve every game which is exactly what our girls are doing.”
