Willcock took a two stroke lead into the final round, with Laura Martin close behind.
Wet and blustery conditions were not enough to prevent Willcock from claiming her first club championship.
Although shooting her worst score of the three rounds, Willcock and Martin both finished with 94 for the day, giving Willcock a two stroke victory.
Willcock was also able to claim the A Grade handicap championship, finishing with a score of 228.
Willcock has won the B Grade championships in the past, but this is her first A Grade Club Championship win in her eight years of competing for it.
Willcock said she was happy to have won.
“I was very excited and a little bit emotional afterwards.
“Going into the last hole I did not know if I was in front or even, so I was very nervous.
“Laura is a very good competitor and she pushed me all the way,” she said.
In the B Grade competition, Tania Dignan carried a seven shot lead into the final round and did not slip up to claim the championship.
Dignan shot her best score of the championships, finishing with 91 in the final round.
Dignan finished the championships with 280, only four shots behind club champion Willcock.
She was also able to take out the B Grade handicap championship.
Eunice Ball came back from six shots behind the leader at the end of the second round to claim the C Grade championship.
Linda Maher won the C Grade handicap championship.
The Grampians Pharmacy round three daily A Grade winner was Laura Martin, with a score of 77 after her handicap.
Tania Dignan had the best score of the day, taking out the B Grade with a score of 71.
Dulcie Molan won the C Grade daily event.
Next Wednesday will see the players compete in the Monthly Medal, sponsored by The Gift Hotel.
