Vandals ransack primary school causing $1000 worth of damage

Ararat police are searching for vandals who ransacked Ararat North Primary school overnight between February 6-7. 

The vandals damaged terracotta pots, broke a window and sprayed graffiti on the basketball court. 

They also forced entry to a small garden shed and removed the contents.

Detective Senior Constable Marcia Parry said the damage was around $1000 and asked witnesses to call the Ararat police station on 5355 1500.
