The pair played both singles and doubles across the tournament, but had no success in the singles competition.
The doubles on the other hand was a walk in the park for the hard hitting juniors.
It was the first of five tournaments held across the region for the Wimmera Points Championships.
Horsham hold two events and Stawell, Nhill and Haven hold one each.
If they attend all of the tournaments and continue with their success there is a possibility they would be named the overall winners for their age group.
The boys play doubles in the under-10 B grade division. The boys were two of three Stawell players who took part in the event.
Isabella Browne of Stawell played with Philippa Bush from Ararat, and they came second in their age group.

Both D'Artagnan Walls and Theo Browne are off to the Haven junior tennis competition in a few weeks time.
Stawell junior co-ordinator Christine Graveson was proud of all three competitors for their efforts in Horsham.
“Of course the tennis club is very proud of the boys and Isabella’s effort,” she said.

“It's great to see our juniors doing well against other juniors in the Wimmera.”
The Stawell junior tennis competition is producing some excellent players with many stepping up to the senior ranks.
With high numbers they are in a good position again this season.
Senior tennis on Friday night is also going well, however poor weather resulted in a wash out last week.
