Henry polled 55 votes and was named best on court 10 times to take home the spoils ahead of Jemma Clarkson (36) and Jessie Antonio (29).
The defender had a stunning year for Stawell, providing lots of turnovers and led from the front as joint coach alongside Jemma Clarkson, making her a worthy best and fairest winner.
Henry also represented Wimmera in the interleague competition this season.
The A grade coaches award went to Lauren Iseppi.
There were no surprises in B grade, with Wimmera Netball Association best and fairest winner Kirsty Coote adding to her trophy collection by winning Stawell's best and fairest.
Coote finished with 60 votes, 19 clear of teammate Michelle Elvery and Erin Freeland was third with 28 votes. B grade coaches award went to Kristy Matthews.
In C grade, Jaiden Bach and Meg Newton were crowned joint best and fairest winners with 31 votes each.
Joint third in the WNA best and fairest, Bach was leading the club count until Newton managed to poll two votes in the match against Horsham RSL Diggers with the pair going on to share the honours.
Runner up was Laura Farrer with 29 votes and Abby Kaczynski third. Melinda Jardine received the coaches award.
