Three games were needed after Gringo's easily toppled Wackers in the opener 30-20 before Wackers salvaged a draw in the second (21-21).
Wackers needed to win the third game by more than 10 points and despite the best efforts of Basudev Paudel, they fell short, winning the game by three to hand Gringo's overall victory.
Rueben Thompson, Matt Monaghan and Nathan Baker were stand outs for the premiers, while Paudel received two best player votes and Wackers Michelle Moir put on a strong performance in the draw.
Dynamo Diggers continued their recent run of good form to win the second grand final.
Diggers downed Special Ops 43-15 and Fitopia 34-23 to take home the spoils.
Fitopia defeated Special Ops in the other game 32-24.
Sam Bibby and Kevin Metcalfe were Diggers best players, Jordy Gorter and Sean Arnfield received votes for Fitopia and Russell Waring along with Julie-Ann McPherson tried hard for Special Ops.
Julie-Ann McPherson (Special Ops), Nathan Baker (Gringo's), Michelle Moir (Wackers), Jordan Gorter (Fitopia) and Dennis Monaghan (Dynamo Diggers) all received Most Valuable Player awards for their performances throughout the season.
