Palfreyman enjoyed a solid year in defence and was named best on court six times to win with 29 votes.
Midcourt player Kristy Yole finished runner up with 23 votes.
Defender Casey Ringin took home Swifts B grade highest honours.
Ringin polled 25 votes, holding off a late charge from Tayla Lembo received a best on court in the second last round to finish on 23.
Ingrid Carey received the coach's award, while Sian Wynd, Carey, Lembo and Jess Brewster were all recognised for notching up 100 games.
Peta Folkes had a strong year in defence to easily take home Swifts C grade award.
Folkes polled an amazing 11 maximum votes to finish with 40, while Sharyn Salmi was runner up with 16.
Folkes also managed to finish fourth in the Horsham District Netball Association vote count in 2012 with 17 votes.
Kristen Delley was C grade coach's award winner, and Folkes played her 100th game for Swifts in season 2012.
Beth Howard was another defender who had a stellar season, finishing with 40 votes to win the 17 and under best and fairest.
Howard was named best on court 11 times in season 2012, including five games in a row.
Courtney Lanagan and Isabella Robson were joint runner up, both finishing with 22 votes.
Howard was recognised for her 100th game this season and Greta Carey received the coach's award.
Despite missing the last three games due to injury, Chelsea Chatfield hung on to win the 15 and under best and fairest award.
Chatfield polled 21 votes, edging Brodie Winton in runner up position on 20.
The coach's award went to Mikaela Pahl.
In the 13 and unders, Tarnee Orr was rewarded for her performance through the centre by taking out top honours.
Orr managed to take home the spoils by one vote, ahead of Eliza Bennett (24) while the coach's award was received by Claudia Jasper.
