STAWELL is beginning to defrost, after temperatures plunged to at or below freezing for the second night in a row. According to the bureau of meteorology, the temperature fell to as low as -0.8 degrees Celsius overnight.
Last week's cold snap resulted in snow once again falling on top of Mt William in the Grampians.
