Swifts suffered their first loss last week at the hands of Horsham District powerhouse Laharum.
Swifts have continued with their regular training this week and coach Paul Hanns is hopeful his players will be able to bounce back.
"The boys are hungry to get back on the winning list," Hanns said.
Despite not getting the results they would like Rupanyup won't be a pushover for Swifts.
James Delahunty will be one player the Baggies need to watch.
Delahunty will be a dominant player around the ground wherever he lines up as he has the ability to play in any position.
Rupanyup also have the likes of David Lang and Nathan Sasche, who will be important if Rupanyup are to win.
"They have some handy players who will cause headaches," Hanns said.
Hanns will look to counteract the big name players of Rupanyup by Swifts playing their own game and trying to make each player accountable.
"We will be focusing on our game and making sure every individual is accountable for their direct opponent," Hanns said.
While the Swifts did review their loss they have chosen not to dwell on it too much returning to the track with a job to do.
"We have spoken this season about not taking any game lightly and this week will be no different," Hanns said.
"It has been a terrific week on the track for the boys."
Julian Carr will be unavailable and it is expected there will be others omitted based on current form for the clash at Rupanyup.
"There may be a couple of other changes due to form and depending on training," Hanns said.
