The sustained act of hoon driving has left the Concongella Road with scaring that strethes for at least 500 metres.
Members of the public who may have seen vehicles doing burn outs in the vicinity of the hall on the night of Saturday, May 3 have been asked to contact Stawell police.
It is believed a party had been held at the Concongella Hall around the time of the incident.
Northern Grampians Shire Council is also investigating the damage to the road as they will be responsible for both financing and undertaking the $6,000 in repairs to the surface.
