The award capped off a very good season for Driscoll, as he was also a member of the senior premiership team and received the best in finals award.
It was an extremely successful year for Navarre football and netball juniors, with all teams tasting finals experience.
Junior coaches Tim Bibby, Aiden Lee, Roslyn Comitti, Maxine Clough and Leonie Bibby along with their assistants and support crews were acknowledged for their efforts throughout the season.
Aaron Slorach was runner up to Driscoll in the under 17.5 vote count.
Slorach also had a good year and was selected in a representative side that travelled to Queensland to play against two Queensland sides.
Other award winners were Shannon Treloar (most improved), Paul Carson (most consistent) and Darby Grinham (coach's award).
Georgia McDermott, in her first season at Navarre, was voted the 17 and under netball best and fairest.
Although she played both ends of the court, McDermott spent most of her time in defence where she gave quite a few goaling opponents a lot of grief.
Runner up was the ever-reliable Lauren Knights, who also found herself playing in a lot of different positions.
The coach's award went to another first year player in Monique Stevens and Sabelle McSparron took home the most improved player award.
In the under 15 football, Riley Bibby and Austin Squire tied for the best and fairest.
Ironically the two boys tied for the runner up award last year.
Bradley Slorach was the runner up in this year's count.
Other award winners were Nick Pitts (most improved), Wil Clough (most consistent) and James Anderson (coach's award).
Ebony Summers became a duel winner of the 15 and under netball best and fairest when she took out this year's award.
Last year she won it predominantly as a defender and this year due to the team dynamic, Summers won as a goalie.
Harriet Slorach ended the count as the runner up. Other award winners were Mikaela Stanes (most improved) and Ande McDermott (coach's award).
The 13 and under team doesn't have awards, but all the players were acknowledged for their season.
