Freeland were slender winners in A grade, while it was Cross who claimed the B grade premiership for season 2012/13.
In the A grade final, Power pair Koby Stewart and Brae Scantleton opened the match with a hard fought 6-5 victory.
Paul Summers and Georgie Taylor hit back and Freeland quickly took control of the match, winning the next five sets.
Koby Stewart and Darcie Jelly eventually broke through for Power with a 6-0 win over Jesse Barber and Eloise Tapscott.
Despite a stunning performance by Stewart in the top singles match, Freeland were eventually crowned A grade premiers 50-47.
Freeland had a host of stand out players including Georgie Taylor, Aiden Graveson and Amy Hodgetts, who won all three of their sets.
Hart were no match for Cross in the B grade junior tennis grand final.
Cross kicked off the match with a strong win to Hugh Carey and Mia Jensz.
Lachlan Cox and Crystal Summers responded but from there it was all Cross, who won the next three sets easily.
Bailey Burkhill and Holly Graveson combined to win the final set 6-5 as their side ran out comfortable 11 game victors.
Hugh Carey and Jenul Jayakody were Cross' top players while Crystal Summers was a shining light for Hart.
Immediately following the grand finals, there were junior trophies presented.
Freeland and Cross received a winner's trophy and a runner up medallions were presented to Power and Hart.
Koby Stewart (Power) was declared best player in the A grade grand final while B grade went to Hugh Carey (Cross).
Both best player trophies were donated by Ann Freeland.
Brae Scantleton and Jenul Jayakody received A and B grade boy's encouragement awards while Bonnie McIlvride and Holly Graveson were A and B grade girl's winners.
All winners names were engraved on 'Moo's' shield and each received an individual small trophy.
Highest individual aggregate (for and against) awards went to Paul Summers (A grade boys) and Amy Hodgetts (A grade girls), Angus Johnson (B grade boys) and Crystal Summers (B grade girls).
Jake Stainsby was crowned Stawell Tennis Club boy's junior A grade singles champion for 2013 with Callum Rickard runner up.
Harriett Slorach was girl's singles champion with runner up going to Amy Hodgetts.
Mitch Ranton finished on top in the boy's junior B grade singles championships ahead of Riley Hackwill while Mia Jensz was B grade winner from Kasey Mornane.
Jake Stainsby and Koby Stewart were A grade boy's doubles championship winners from Riley Burke and Aidan Jensz.
Bonnie McIlvride and Kasey Mornane received the girl's A grade doubles trophy, with the runner up honours going to Ebony Summers and Sabelle McSparron.
B grade doubles boy's champions were Hugh Carey/Lachlan Cox from Riley Hackwill/Jenul Jayakody and Tarnee Orr/Jade Allen took out the B girl's with runner up honours awarded to Mia Jensz/Shelby Russell.
