Your new role
You will be their new client advisor, you will be responsible for sales and monitoring of exclusive products. The role is supporting clients on their journey to purchase some of the world’s most luxurious jewels, and providing guidance, advice and sales support to them. You will work towards targets to ensure your success in the role and manage stock orders daily. Part of this role is to ensure the sales floor reflects the elegance and luxury of the brand also.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you will have experience in selling goods in a high-end retail stores, preferably within the jewellery industry. You will be able to demonstrate ability to retain product knowledge, understands store & company policy & processes. Knowledge of luxury sales floor operations is highly desired as well.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of $65,000 + super with a quarterly bonus component based on your performance. In addition an opportunity to work with this luxury brand could create longer term career opportunity within the high-end retail space.
