AN ambitious fundraising campaign to raise a quarter of a million dollars for a mammography machine for Ararat Hospital is gaining traction. The Ararat branch of the Blue Ribbon Foundation has already raised over $150,000 towards its target of $250,000, with another donation being added to the tally last week. Friends of J Ward have thrown their support behind the campaign, donating $2,000 towards the machine via the annual Pink Day fundraiser.
