Extensive upgrade works completed on Churchill Avenue
ROAD upgrade works to Churchill Avenue, between Tobin Street and Port Fairy Road in Ararat, were completed last week.
Extensive work has been carried out on Churchill Avenue by Ararat Rural City Council.
