Cable Dancer claims the Ararat Gold Cup
The Charlotte Littlefield-trained Cable Dancer won the Ararat Gold Cup last Sunday, defeating the short-priced favourite, Chasing Aphrodite. The Paul Preusker-trained Early Warning, ridden by Stawell's Linda Meech, rounded out the podium.
