Eventide Homes chief executive said all staff rostered to work at Eventide after September 16 are vaccinated, with many having already received both doses, and others having received at least their first dose.
"We had a very small number of staff who chose not to be vaccinated, and have therefore left Eventide Homes," he said.
"This has not caused any significant disruption to our rostering, and we have been able to maintain care services for our residents."
"Staff currently on long-term leave, such as maternity or other types of leave, won't be able to return to work until they produce evidence of their vaccination status, in line with government requirements."
Eventide Homes ran a vaccination clinic onsite to help meet the requirements are trailing behind earlier in the year.

An Australian Government Department of Health directive issued in 2021 said from September 17 2021, residential aged care workers must be vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment.
Full time, part-time and casual residential aged care workers, volunteers engaged by a facility, and students on placement are required to receive a minimum first dose COVID-19 vaccine by this time.
And as such, Eventide Homes met the government's directive for mandatory vaccinations of Aged Care workers earlier this month.
At the time Eventide Homes chief executive Gary Simpson said the home had organised for staff to receive their doses of a vaccine through onsite clinics.
OTHER NEWS:
"Eventide Homes has been taking steps to have all its work place vaccinated," he said.
"With many staff and residents already vaccinated, our program to reach all staff and residents includes an on-site clinic for the Pfizer vaccine on Friday August 27, with a follow-up clinic for the second dose in mid-September.
"We will be rostering extra staff on duty for the duration of the on-site clinics, so that continuity of care is assured for our residents.
"For our people unable to attend our on-site clinics due to rostering arrangements or other reasons, Eventide Homes will assist our people to attend Stawell Regional Health to receive their vaccinations."
