Expressions of interest for a position on the Caravan Park and Recreation Reserve management committee close at 5pm on Friday 6 August 2021.
The Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning said it welcomed all expressions of interest, with those who have an interest or skill in business, financial or volunteer management and governance "highly regarded".
The appointment would last 18-months and involve the preparation of a master plan to guide the future of the precinct and its development "to meet community aspirations, provide a basis for sustainable management and integrate the reserve into the Halls Gap township".
Women, Indigenous people, people with disabilities, young people and people from culturally diverse backgrounds are especially encouraged to apply to ensure that the committee's membership reflects the diverse community it serves.
Further information and Expression of Interest forms are available by contacting Danielle Fowler on 0439 029 909 or email publicland.horsham@delwp.vic.gov.au.
