Derryn Hinch’s Justice Party candidate Sandra Gibbs will top the ballot paper for the Ripon District at the state election later this month.

Ms Gibbs was drawn randomly at the top of the ballot paper at the ballot draw in Stawell on Friday afternoon.
The draw was scheduled to take place at 1pm but was delayed about 20 minutes at most draws across the state.
Incumbent Ripon MP Louise Staley was the only one of the 10 candidates at the draw.
“The process was delayed this time but we finally got there,” Ms Staley said.
Ms Staley was drawn fifth from nine candidates at the 2014 election but was behind the Nationals and Labor candidates.
This year she sits one spot above Labor’s Sarah De Santis.
“I have great faith in voters they will be able to identify who they want to vote for regardless of ballot order,” Ms Staley said.
“You can’t read too much into it. I think peiople are informed, engaged and want to know what we have to offer.
“I’ve had a huge amount of engagement in both my office and as I have moved about the electorate. I think people are very aware what they want for their communities.”
Two more candidates were entered late Wednesday and early Thursday to take the list of candidates out to 10 for Ripon, one more than the 2014 election.
Maria Mayer and Jeff Truscott will run as independents.
