Halls Gap Sergeant Karen Bain said a woman was rescued from MacKenzie Falls on Saturday, while another woman was rescued from The Pinnacle track on Sunday,
She said both walkers had minor injuries.
An Ambulance Victoria spokeswoman said paramedics were called to MacKenzie Falls after reports of a woman falling while hiking at 2.55pm on Saturday.
“The woman, in her 20s, was taken by road ambulance to Ararat hospital with an injury to her back.
“She was in a stable condition.”
Police and Stawell State Emergency Services crews attended the scene.
Sergeant Bain said the second woman was rescued from The Pinnacle on Sunday after reports of a hip injury.
“The walking track at The Pinnacle is so rocky and uneven that it is important people are careful,” she said.
“There is beautiful scenery to view, but it is important that people look at the ground when walking.”
