Members of the netball section will meet at the Navarre Complex on Sunday, February 11.
The Grasshoppers are yet to confirm their netball coaches for 2018, with multiple changes expected to be made.
They will organise coaches, executive positions and umpires at the meeting.
The meeting will follow the club’s family day, where players, supporters and family will be able to gather from 11am for a barbecue lunch before the meeting.
The Grasshoppers netball contingent will begin training at North Park from Thursday, February 1 to prepare for the first round of the season against Carisbrook on April 14.
Last week Navarre confirmed Kyle Hendy would take over as the new head coach of the senior football team.
