Williamson topped the rankings with 27 votes to win the newly named best and fairest honour ahead of goalie Tahnee Walker who received 19 votes for the year.
It was Williamson’s first season as co-coach alongside Lauren Armstrong and was a pivotal player for Ararat through the midcourt.
Rebecca Skrabl placed third in the count with 17 votes.
Jack Ganley created history, winning his third consecutive senior football best and fairest award.
No other player has won three consecutive Olver Memorial Medals.
Tom Mills opened up a significant lead early in the count before Ganley was able to bridge the gap in the later rounds to hit the lead and finish with the Olver Memorial Medal.
Ganley finished with 116 votes to top the vote count but Mills should be impressed with his season, finishing second with 99 after showing improvement on the football field during the year.
It was a close result in the B Grade vote count with Kate Bligh polling 27 votes to hold off Racquel Scott with 23 votes to win the best and fairest.
Alex Antonio finished her positive season polling 18 votes to finish third in the B Grade count in a year where the team finished as Wimmera Netball Association champions with a 26-goal win in the decider.
Jakki Gibson finished fourth in a year where she played her 400th game, a milestone that was acknowledged at the presentation event.
The reserves football best and fairest honour was won by Jake Strafehl after he polled 77 votes across the season.
Strafehl won by six votes with Daniel Todd and Joey Groves rounding out the top three, with second and third place separated by just two votes.
It caps off a strong season for the Reserves playing coach who finished in second place at the Wimmera Football League best and fairest count last month.
The C Grade best and fairest count saw Maddison Batchelor comfortably win the top honour after polling 24 votes.
Batchelor finished nine votes clear of runner-up Emily Borelli with Jo Cameron one vote further back on 14 votes in third position.
