Davis finished ahead of Sam Chatfield to win the award.
The young midfielder also tied for the Horsham District Football League under-17 best and fairest award earlier in the month.
Davis developed significantly throughout the year, being given the opportunity to play senior football at multiple times during the season.
He booted 16 goals from 18 appearances and also managed four senior games. Chatfield managed one senior game.
Swifts took home the under-17 premiership two weeks ago, defeating Noradjuha-Quantong to claim a memorable grand final victory.
Zak Varley won the under 14’s best and fairest, with Hamish Smith finishing as runner up.
The under-14 Baggies made it to the finals but were eliminated in the first week by Taylors Lake.
